A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned, or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must complain in ‘reasonable time’ after you have discovered the defect/error. O2Share will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

No shipments are received using cash-on-delivery.
In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
A 14 day full return is granted on our products.
The period shall be counted from the day:
Return costs must be borne by you.
Withdrawal must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase, and from the withdrawal you must return the shipment within 14 days. The notification must be made by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot undo this by simply denying receipt of the goods without at the same time giving clear notice.
Goods exempt from the right of withdrawal
The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have made use of your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When you return your item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped.
You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the item in return.
We do not accept parcels sent using cash on delivery.
Condition of the item on return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered to have been used. Which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only get a part or nothing of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt of the returned item. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must test the product without actually using it.
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back.
In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of having returned it before then.
